I have spent the last 15 years becoming an expert in investigations, pre-suit discovery, and pre-trial discovery. During that time, I have worked as a trial attorney, focusing my practice on complex civil cases with clients facing the maximum exposure to liability.  I also served as an FBI Special Agent specializing in white collar crime in Manhattan and Detroit. 

Along with a license to practice law in Michigan and Illinois, I also have a Masters in Business Administration. My career has been defined by extensive engagement with large-scale corporate records and information management, which I consider essential experience for effective discovery counsel. This foundation enables me to identify and develop a broad range of claims and defenses with precision and insight.
